Join us for an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Chesapeake Bay with the Chesapeake Summer Food & Culture Adventure! This unique, immersive program is designed to reconnect you with nature, nourish your wellbeing, and empower you to live in harmony with the systems that sustain life. Over the course of five days, you’ll explore the rich culture and ecology of the region, from paddling through Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge to savoring a fresh crab feast, discovering local food sources, and experiencing the beauty of the bay through oyster tours and fossil hunting. Along the way, engage in wellness practices, try hands-on activities like visual journaling, and reflect on how we can all live more sustainably.
